Secluded location away from main Hakone attractions, varied and satisfactory breakfast. And really close to the main restaurant, the large one that serves a buffet all night and the bus stop and a hill overlooking Lake Yamanako and Mt Fuji.

We loved the facilities offered by this modern hotel. The staff members were decent and respectful. It made our trip to Yamanakako a wonderful experience.

The stuff was helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. As for me, rooms where well-maintained and newly renovated with a view, they offered wake-up service. I loved the view over the mountain from my balcony.

Great choice for christmas. Fairly clean hotel, satisfactory breakfast, reasonably sized rooms. Nice building and rooms with Japanese decoration. Had excellent climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Stunning location in the well kept area, not far from the Fuji Mountain and Yamanakako which is literally a 5-min drive from there.

This hotel met the demands, I do recommend. Thanks for the nice stay for two nights. I liked my room - newly decorated with a view of the great fujisan. There is an electric kettle and a fridge. The setting is great and brilliant, just next door to a hilltop overlooking the lake with Mt. Fuji in the near distance and the temple and a hill overlooking the lake, quiet area.

Location: the hotel was not far from a mountain overlooking both mount Fuji and the entire area around lake Yamanaka-ko. Truly enjoyed reasonably sized and recently renovated room I was given.
The views were not bad.

The hotel is clean, has views of the Yamanakako lake and mt. The breakfast itself is varied and great with the cheapest viable option and good value for what was offered, as example.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard twin room, plus a refrigerator, a sitting area, and a writing table. Excellent views of the mountain and varied and satisfactory breakfasts for all tastes. Nice enough area, secluded location just next door to The Main Dining restaurant, and main Hakone attractions.

Rich and satisfactory breakfast with nice views of Mt Fuji, epic views. Awesome and great location in Yamanakako, so close to the Denny's restaurant and the main bus station at Yamanakako which is literally a 5-min drive from there. Also, on the taxi to town in tokyo.

Unforgettable Mount Fuji view from the hotel room. The onsen provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost bag with passports. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
